Holy Fire Shipping & Returns Policy

At Holy Fire, every piece of apparel is created with prayer, purpose, and excellence. We
want your experience with us to reflect the heart of Christ - full of integrity,
compassion, and care. Below you'll find clear information on how we process, ship, and
handle returns or exchanges.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
You’ll receive:
- A confirmation email once your order is placed.
- A shipping notification (with tracking info) once your order leaves our facility.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (Worldwide): 8-12 business days after processing
- Rush Delivery (U.S. only): 3-5 business days after processing
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors like carrier delays,
customs inspections, or unforeseen events. We appreciate your patience as we work to
ensure your order arrives safely.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, Holy Fire is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or
taxes that may apply.
These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the
responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We understand how important it is for your order to reach you.
If your order appears lost or delayed:
1. Check around your home and with family members.
2. Ask neighbors in case it was delivered nearby.
3. Contact your local carrier using your tracking number.
If the carrier confirms in writing that your package is lost, please forward that
confirmation to help@holyfireus.com and we’ll help resolve the issue.
Shipping Protection (If Purchased)
If you purchased Shipping Protection at checkout, you’re entitled to a one-time
replacement after completing the steps above, provided the carrier confirms the
package was lost.
Important:
If tracking shows 'Delivered' but the package cannot be found, we cannot offer a
replacement or refund - even with Shipping Protection - since tracking serves as proof
of delivery.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
Holy Fire is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete
address entered at checkout.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you’ll be responsible for the
reshipment cost once the correct address is confirmed.
Returns, Exchanges & Final Sales
Every Holy Fire item is made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful, which
means we don’t keep stock on hand.
Because of this, returns and exchanges are only accepted for the following reasons:
- The item is misprinted, damaged, or defective.
- The item received is different from what was ordered.
If your order falls under these categories, please email help@holyfireus.com within 30
days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A short description of the problem
Once verified, we’ll gladly replace or refund the affected item at no cost to you.
Final Sales
All final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the product arrives
damaged, defective, or is lost in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality and hygiene standards, the following items are non-returnable:
- Products returned for buyer’s remorse or wrong size
- Sealed items such as face masks (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery
If you’d like a different size, you may place a new order once your return request is
reviewed.
Unclaimed or Returned Packages
Shipments that go unclaimed or are returned due to an incorrect address are sent back
to our facility.
Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.
If you wish to have your order reshipped, you’ll be responsible for reshipping costs once
it’s received.
